Why should I choose Harris Custom Catering?
Here at Harris Custom Catering, we offer full-service custom catering. We provide a menu unique to you and your event. Our seasoned sales team will help design and execute your vision with help from our classically trained chef, as well as set up and manage your event. We provide complimentary unsweet iced tea and citrus-infused water, cake cutting, table clearing, and handle trash receptacles. We will handle all food preparation and service area-related clean-up.
Do you offer tastings?
Yes. We pride ourselves on our custom menus and once we have curated a menu that you are excited about, we can schedule a tasting. The tasting is for up to four people to sample most food items from your menu. There is a $150 fee for tastings that will be applied toward your final bill if you decide we are the best fit for your event.
Do you offer bar or alcohol services?
We do not offer a bar or alcohol service. However, we can make recommendations for local bartending services that we partner with, that satisfy your venue’s requirements.
Do you offer place settings?
Yes. Our price per person includes all disposable place settings including acrylic plates, flatware, napkins, cups, cake plates and forks, and to-go containers. We do have other upgrades available upon request.
What is a tablescape?
A tablescape is the presentation of your menu items, using vessels, risers, and display equipment to add interest while representing your theme or aesthetic. You can view examples in our gallery.
Do you offer drop off or pickup services?
Yes. It will depend on the type of event and there may be a service fee associated with this service.
